Bring the family and even the dog for the city's first ever Halloween on Elm. It's a little known fact that Carlsbad Village Drive used to be called Elm Avenue.
On Saturday, Oct. 30, from 2 to 9 p.m., in locations throughout the Village, the streets will be filled with spooktacular activities from carnival games and costume contests to the outdoor movie and the farmers' market.

- Haunted House at the Boys & Girls Club
