January Madness! Quibbles and Bits

Remember the days before TV, smartphones, Googling, Kindles and Nooks? We gathered around to watch the radio. Singalongs brought us together before crackling campfires on the beach or in the woods. Relive those days of electronics-free entertainment when the Carlsbad Senior Playreaders returns to the Center on Thursday, January 19, with JANUARY MADNESS: QUIBBLES AND BITS! This month’s feel-good hour of laughter and song features two new episodes of Karen Riehl’s original, old-fashioned radio series, The Quibbles, a humorous skit, and a sing-a-long of popular songs. Cast members are local seniors with a wealth of professional and community theatre experience. It’s free and open to the public and guaranteed to lift your spirits!
