An avid surfer for more than 50 years, Jim Floyd draws on his love of the ocean to create seascapes in acrylics, oils and pastels.
When he's not painting, the 81-year-old is boogie boarding, dancing with his wife, playing harmonica in a band, growing bromeliads, taking art classes at MiraCosta College and enjoying his large family. Floyd will discuss art and life at this Meet the Artist session.
