Each crafted ornament will be hidden in the Carlsbad Village streets for Christmas morning. Like the past three years, each found ornament will include a tag of instructions encouraging the ornament finder to visist carlsbadcrawl.com where they will be able to "log in" the craft, ultimately exposing a single piece of a puzzle.

Please be kind and leave some behind. 1 ornament per child/houselhold!

5 additional "bonus eggs" will also be hidden. When a "bonus ornament" is found and logged on the website, the finder will be emailed a secret website which will contain a "village sound" sound-byte. The first to recognize and identify the sound will win an original painting by local artist and project organizer Bryan Snyder.

The goal of this project is to encourage the development of a more artistic culture within the Carlsbad Village, as well as to promote local business and encourage urban exploration.

Bryan Snyder has organized and implemented 2 craft projects each year for the past 4 years.
