The fourth annual Country Fair, located just off the San Elijo Hills Town Square at San Elijo and Elfin Forest roads in San Marcos, will include activities for the whole family, including art projects, live entertainment by Atomic Groove, traditional barbecue, carnival booths, cakewalk, performances by students and community groups, and silent and live auctions.
