Carlsbad Village Association (CVA) presents Thursdays on the Coast, a free community visual and performing art walk being held the last Thursday of the month through December.
This month, the event hub (where you pick up your programs and walking maps) will be located at The Shop, 2801 Roosevelt St.
New Village Arts is currently staging the musical "Into the Woods" and you may be able to get tickets for the Thursday evening show, which begins at 8 p.m. The box office will open at 7 p.m.
The rest of the Village will be full of art and live music as well, so don't miss out on all the great venues on State Street, Grand Avenue and Carlsbad Village Drive, including Caldo Pomodoro, COAL Gallery, Homelife Village Realty, Ivanffy-Uhler Gallery, Lynn Forbes School of Sculpture, Oceanside Art Gallery and Ocean House.
If you run out of time on the night of the art walk, the art stays up for a month so you can always make more than one trip to the Village.
