Get Prepped for St. Patrick's Day with Whiskey Tasting at Twenty/20

Whiskey and St. Patrick’s Day have been synonymous for years and to help connoisseurs prepare for the big holiday, Twenty/20 Grill and Wine Bar at the Sheraton Carlsbad Resort & Spa is hosting a whiskey tasting on Friday, March 13, 2015 at 6 p.m. that will feature spirits from five regions around the world. Although Ireland is known for the oaky liquor, whiskey ambassadors will take patrons on a journey around the world so they can taste and compare the distilled beverage from all regions. Featured whiskeys include: Auchentoshan Scotch (Scotland), Tyrconnell Single Malt Irish (Ireland), Suntory Hibki (Japan), Russells Reserve Bourbon (USA), Forty Creek Canadian (Canada).

Whiskey experts will also be on hand to answer any questions and educate guests on all things whiskey. The fun and interactive tasting will also be paired with mouth watering hors d’oeuvres so guests can indulge all their taste buds, as well as live music.
