It really works! The $12 hemorrhoid cream is fab! Simply dabbing it underneath eyes to de-puff, firm and tighten up the skin. Stars like Sandra Bullock uses it and a number of other celebrity makeup artists tout the drugstore trick, including Sarah Uslan, who has worked with Rose McGowen and Emmanuelle Chriqui.
If you want to try this at home, just dab a pea-size amount of the cream on your ring finger and gently apply under the eye on your "bags" in a soft tapping motion, starting from the outside going in towards the nose and then back out again.
