“Hosting the Teen Talent Shows is one of the favorite parts of my job,” says Teen Librarian Darin Williamson. “We hold them each year as part of the library’s annual Summer Reading Program, which runs from June 20 to Aug. 5. It’s a great chance for local teens to show off their talent in a safe environment and be cheered on by family and friends.”

Registration for the talent shows is required by the Tuesday before the scheduled show and is free. Performances must be less than six minutes long. To register or for more information, email darin.williamson@carlsbadca.gov or call 760-602-2058.
