ā¢ County tells Hacienda, Monterey Mini Cow Company to halt unpermitted operations (ksbw.com) ā Hacienda in Carmel Valley has been told by Monterey County to halt unpermitted activities, including line dancing events, a coffee shop and market, and animal areas, or risk fines and legal action. Owners must now pursue proper permits, a process that could take up to a year, while community members who relied on the venue for social events wait to see what survives.
