Castro Valley Vet Named CA 'Outstanding Veterinarian of the Year'

CASTRO VALLEY, CA — Our dogs, cats, and other furry children are beloved family members. Veterinarians are often selected carefully after getting personal references from friends and neighbors. Here's a good recommendation - Dr. Andrew Moffatt, of Groveway and Hill's Veterinary Hospitals in Castro Valley, has won the California Veterinary Medical Association's "Outstanding Veterinarian of the Year" award.

Dr. Moffatt received the honor on June 30 in Long Beach, during the CVMA’s annual industry awards. The award recognizes his use of an educated, certified, professional technical staff.

There are some 10,000 veterinarians in the state.
