CVSan Awarded for 15 Years as an Alameda County Green Business
Green Businesses make communities healthier and more livable.

On October 23rd, Castro Valley Sanitary District (CVSan) was recognized with an award from the Alameda County Green Business Program for 15 years of certification as an Alameda County Green Business. The Green Business Program is Bay Area wide and verifies that businesses meet higher standards of environmental performance. Through the Green Business Program, all Bay Area businesses have access to free assistance to comply with environmental regulations and to further establish practices which will conserve energy and reduce damage to the environment.
CVSan is a proud member of the California Green Business Network.
