CVSan: General Manager Roland Williams honored.
General Manager Roland Williams was recently honored with a California State Assembly Resolution.
Congratulations to CVSan General Manager Roland Williams for recently being honored with a California State Assembly Resolution for completing his eighth and final year as President of the Alameda County Chapter of the California Special Districts Association (ACSDA).
The ACSDA was the founding Chapter of the California Special Districts Association (CSDA) in 1990 and began with 12 Member agencies. Today, the ACSDA has a total of 20 Member agencies, and five Partner Members, and is actively involved with many partner agencies such as the Alameda County Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCo), East Bay Regional Parks District Park Advisory Committee (EBRPD-PAC), and the East Bay Economic Development Alliance (EBEDA).
Under the guidance of GM Williams’ Presidency and with the assistance of the Chapter Coordinator, the ACSDA was the CSDA’s 2018 Chapter of the Year Award recipient, which was submitted by a neighboring Chapter in recognition of the ACSDA’s continued advocacy for education, good governance, and promotion of public outreach of Special Districts.
