CVSan: Offices Reopen to the Public on October 3rd, 2022
CVSan offices will reopen to the public on Monday, October 3, 2022.
Castro Valley Sanitary District’s (CVSan’s) Main Office located at 21040 Marshall Street, and CVSan’s Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) Office located at 20211 Patio Drive, Suite 200, will reopen to the public on Monday, October 3, 2022. Out of an abundance of concern for the health and safety of our customers and employees, CVSan offices have been closed to the public after the onset of the COVID-19 Pandemic in 2020. CVSan strongly recommends wearing face masks when visiting our offices. CVSan will provide masks to anyone that needs one and masks must be worn if a California Public Health Order requires them.
- CVSan’s Main Office located at 21040 Marshall Street hours of operation are Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Closed from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
- CVSan’s CIP Office located at 20211 Patio Drive, Suite 200 hours of operation are Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Closed from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m.
- Report sewer emergencies to (510) 537-0757 Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. or after hours at (510) 506- 5821.

About CVSan: CVSan is a public agency organized under the Health and Safety Code of the State of California. As a California Special District, CVSan is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the sanitary sewer collection system within the unincorporated community of Castro Valley. CVSan is also in charge of the administration of a solid waste collection franchise, and the implementation and administration of state and local mandated recycling programs, among other duties.
