CVSan’s Zaneta Luna Receives HR Certification

CASTRO VALLEY, CA – The International Professional Management Association for Human Resources (IPMA-HR) has recognized Zaneta Luna, Castro Valley Sanitary District (CVSan)’s Administrative Supervisor, as a IPMA-HR Senior Certified Professional. IPMA-HR is the leading human resource organization for the public sector.

To be eligible for the IPMA-SCP certification, applicants must be employed at the professional/managerial level, be an exempt employee, and meet certain educational and work experience standards. After passing the certification exam, individuals must accumulate 50 recertification points every three years to retain the certification.
