On Friday, March 11th, Castro Valley Sanitary District (CVSan) in coordination with Waste Management of Alameda County, Inc. (WMAC) hosted a free Davis Street Transfer Station (DSTS) tour for CVSan residents and business owners. Attendees viewed organic and garbage processing, the residential and commercial material recovery facilities (MRF), and the residential transfer facility.
