Eden Municipal Advisory Council On Moves Closer To Reality
County Supervisors Miley and Chan advance Eden MAC after county survey confirms need and desire for a Municipal Advisory Council
GOOD NEWS!
At the October 11th Unincorporated Services Committee meeting the results of the unincorporated Eden area survey encompassing San Lorenzo, Cherryland, Ashland, and Hayward Acres were announced. A whopping 73% of the returned surveys indicated a need and a desire for a Municipal Advisory Council (MAC). So Supervisors Nate Miley and Wilma Chan moved the Eden MAC forward to the Transportation and Planning Committee for review. Then it's on to the County Board of Supervisors for approval. It was a fine day, indeed.
Thanks to all of you who believed in this, worked to get it done, and voted for it. We are finally on our way to getting our very own MAC!
