Felisa Guzman, Longtime Volunteer, Dies at 92

HAYWARD, CA — Felisa Guzman died Saturday, October 29, 2016, at the age of 92, according to The Salvation Army.

Guzman volunteered for The Salvation Army for 24 years, cooking and serving lunch for 16 years at the Hayward Corps. They wrote on their Facebook page, "Even at the age of 91, she walked daily across Downtown Hayward to our community center which she considered her second home and where she enjoyed the Senior Lunch Program with her many friends. We give thanks for Felisa's life and extend our condolences to her family and friends."

Funeral arrangements were not immediately available.
