There's not one, but two free webinars hosted by Eden Medical Center's Trauma Injury Prevention program coming up. These online classes can help improve motion, balance, muscle strength, and endurance. Make sure to register before the series start on Oct. 3.

What is Bingocize?

Bingocize is an evidence-based fall prevention program designed to increase physical activity and help prevent falls. The program combines exercise and health education with the fun of bingo by strategically intermixing game play with fall prevention education and exercises addressing range of motion, balance, muscle strength, and endurance.

Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention Starts October 3

What is Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention? Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention is an evidence-based program shown to reduce falls by nearly 70%. It has been found to build confidence, improve balance and mobility, increase muscular strength and flexibility, decrease pain, and prevent falls.

This is a FREE class presented ONLINE via Zoom.

Classes begin ONLINE Tuesday, Oct 3rd (10am –11am) and continue every Tuesday and Thursday until Dec 14th. (No classes on Nov. 21 & 23)
