Missing Guide Dog Home Safe
The specially trained Guide Dogs for the Blind lab disappeared on Wednesday.
CASTRO VALLEY, CA —A guide dog that went missing on Wednesday has been found safe, Hayward police said today.
The dog, a 5-year-old male black Labrador retriever named Wilton, went missing Wednesday morning and was last seen near Redwood Road and Proctor Elementary School in Castro Valley, according to police.
Police said this morning that Wilton had been found. No other details were immediately released.
