Holiday Tree Collection Complete
Over 28 tons of holiday trees collected and diverted from going to the landfill!
Between January 6th – January 17th, CVSan residents set out their holiday trees for curbside collection and recycling. Thank you to Alameda County Industries (ACI) for successfully collecting over 28 tons of holiday trees during these two weeks and diverting them from going to the landfill!
Trees that were not put out before January 17th can be cut into pieces and placed in the green organics cart. Remove all ornaments, tinsel, lights, nails, and stands. For questions, please call ACI at 510-483-1400 or visit www.alamedacountyindustries.com.
