Horse Rescued From Palomares Canyon In Castro Valley
A horse that fell into a ravine was rescued by firefighters Friday morning, authorities said.

CASTRO VALLEY, CA — A horse that fell 15 feet down a ravine at Palomares Canyon in Castro Valley had to be rescued by firefighters Friday morning, authorities said.
Fire crews responded Friday morning to a report of a horse that had fallen into a ravine, and managed to pull the horse up the hill.
A veterinarian helped the homeowner attend to the horse, according to the fire department.
