Missing Teen Girl Last Seen In Castro Valley: Police

CASTRO VALLEY, CA — Authorities are asking for the public's help in finding a missing teen girl who was last seen in Castro Valley last week.

Zuriyah Martin, 16, was last seen walking around Castro Valley around 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 5, according to the California Highway Patrol. It's unclear exactly where in the city she was seen or where she may be headed.

Martin is 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 110 pounds. She has brown hair and eyes, according to the CHP.

The 16-year-old was wearing a black sweatshirt, camouflage pants, red shoes and a gray backpack, police said.

The CHP asks that anyone who sees the man call 911.
