Eden Medical Center’s Injury Prevention Program has two FREE Zoom classes to help improve balance and help prevent falls!
Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention is an evidence based program shown to reduce falls by nearly 70%. It has been found to build confidence, improve balance and mobility, increase muscular strength and flexibility, decrease pain, and prevent falls. This is a FREE class presented online via Zoom.

Classes begin online Monday, September 13, from 9 am –10 am PST, continuing every Monday and Wednesday until November 17.

What is Bingocize?
Bingocize is an evidence-based fall prevention program designed to increase physical activity and help prevent falls. The program combines exercise and health education with the fun of bingo by strategically intermixing game play with fall prevention education and exercises addressing range of motion, balance, muscle strength, and endurance.
This free online class begins August 31 and runs through November 4 (10 week series)
When: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 1:30—2:30 pm
Where: Zoom (link will be sent upon registration)
