EAST BAY, CA - The California Highway Patrol reports that a crash involving four vehicles on northbound Interstate Highway 238, at the flyover approaching I-880, has been cleared. Injuries have been reported, but no details are available.
Two lanes of traffic were initially blocked, before the vehicles were moved to the right shoulder.
The crash was reported shortly after 9:30 a.m. and cleared just before 11.
