One Person Injured In Hayward Area House Fire
The Red Cross is helping the 6 people displaced by the fire.

HAYWARD, CA — One person was injured and six people were displaced by a house fire in unincorporated Hayward early Thursday afternoon, the Alameda County Fire Department said.
The fire was reported on Arbor Court at about 1:50 p.m. on Thursday and firefighters were able to knock it down quickly to keep it from extending into the home's attic, according to fire officials.
The American Red Cross has been contacted to help the six people who've been displaced, fire officials said.

The person who was injured was taken to St. Rose Hospital in Hayward to be treated.
