P.F. Chang’s toasted quinoa salad mixed with mango, squash, snow peas, and tomatoes is an excellent example of fusion cuisine and healthy eats done right!
And that egg on top oh my goodness!! Sunny-side up and only slightly cooked; when poked, it oozed into every bit of the dish, melting all the flavors together with its yolky flavor. While this pic looks like one serving I always bring home about 1/2 the dish (and save 1/2 the calories) and have a do-over the next day with a sunny side up egg. Super easy to make at home!
