Waste Management Driver Appreciation Awards Breakfast

Castro Valley Sanitary District (CVSan) hosted a Waste Management of Alameda County (WMAC) Driver Appreciation Breakfast and Awards Ceremony June 8th at WMAC offices in Oakland.

WMAC drivers Darren Woods and Gualter Garcia were recognized for Fewest Missed Pick-Ups for Recycling Routes #VZ and #VW for the past six months.

WMAC driver James Smith was recognized for Outstanding Customer Service for Garbage Route #VD for the past six months.

WMAC driver Fred McIntosh was recognized for Excellent Cart Handler (fewest Carts Down and Lids Open) for Organics Route #V2 for the past six months.

CVSan would like to thank all WMAC drivers and staff for their service in the collection of recycling, organics, and garbage.
