• Artichoke Festival pushed to 2027 in Castroville as organizers plan charity gala to raise funds (ksbw.com) — Castroville’s signature Artichoke Festival is now scheduled for May 22–27, 2027, returning home after years at the Monterey County Fairgrounds and a recent cancellation. To make it happen, organizers are hosting a Sept. 5 charity gala in North County, with proceeds supporting local recreation programs and helping cover festival costs.
