CRAIG FILSON JOINS UNION BANK’S CONSUMER LENDING GROUP AS REGIONAL MANAGER

Union Bank, N.A. today announced that Craig Filson has joined its Retail Consumer Lending team as regional manager for the bank’s Residential Lending group based in Los Angeles.  He is responsible for the growth of residential lending throughout the West Los Angeles area, while managing mortgage consultants who serve branch clients in the region.  Filson reports to Senior Vice President and Division Manager Jennifer Livingston.

 

“Craig brings 24 years of industry experience and leadership to the position, which will help us to grow our retail mortgage lending organization,” said Livingston.  “Craig has a strong customer focus together with deep mortgage expertise that will help us further meet the needs of our clients who are looking to purchase or refinance a home in West Los Angeles.”

Before joining Union Bank, Filson served as a regional manager with US Bank.  Prior to that, he was a branch manager with Wells Fargo Private Mortgage Banking.  Engaged in the community, Filson serves on the board of Strive.  He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Loyola Marymount University.
