Crepes, the paper-thin cloud-like pancakes, can be folded, rolled or flambéed. The possibilities are endless. With one simple batter, the right pan and a little practice, you can be turning out crepes like a French chef. Crepes can be stored in the fridge up to one week or frozen for up to one month, making them a great “do-ahead” dish.

The class will prepare:
- Chicken Crepes with spinach and mushrooms
- Cannelloni Crepes with beef filling and Tomato Sauce
- Mixed Greens with mustard vinaigrette
- Apple crepes with Calvados butter sauce
- Crepes Suzette
All of our classes are hands-on cooking. You are welcome to bring wine/alcohol or whatever beverage you would like to enjoy with your meal.
