• ABC Announces Special On-Sale Liquor Licenses for Los Angeles (ca.gov) — If you're eyeing a new on-site liquor license in Los Angeles County, you can submit your Type 87 application this September at the ABC district office in Cerritos' Center Court Drive. The state will accept applications September 14–25, may hold a virtual drawing if demand exceeds 12 licenses, and will give successful applicants 90 days to complete their formal paperwork.
