Deputies Seek Help In Finding Missing Cerritos Man

The 52-year-old man left a suicide note before departing from his home last week.

CERRITOS, CA – Sheriff's deputies were on their third day of searching for a 52-year-old Cerritos man Monday, who left a suicide note before he departed his home, authorities said.

Jeffrey Fisher was last seen about 6 p.m. Friday leaving his home in the 12800 block of Cuesta Street in his dark blue 2015 Toyota Corolla, California license number 7LUR182, Deputy Dangelo Robinson of the Sheriff's Information Bureau said.

Due to the suicide note and the fact Fisher was known to own weapons, his family is concerned for his well-being, Robinson said.

He is white, 6 feet 3, 200 pounds and bald with blue eyes, last seen wearing black shorts and a white shirt, the deputy said.

Anyone with information on Fisher's whereabouts was asked to call the missing person's unit at (323) 890-5500 or Crime Stoppers at (800) 222-TIPS (9477).
