Hawken Miller Art Exhibit at Side Door

Every artist draws inspiration from something. 18-year-old Newport Beach photographer Hawken Miller takes his inspiration from nature. He has keen eye and appreciates the gentle beauty of even the most mundane aspects of nature, a quality that shines through in every photo he takes. Hawken, who has Duchenne muscular dystrophy that causes muscle deterioration and limits his mobility, will be showcasing his photos of nature at an exhibit at the Side Door restaurant on PCH in Corona del Mar on Aug. 5 from 5 – 8pm.
