Local Women’s Fitness Franchise Relocates With New Owner

Citrus Heights, CA (Grassroots Newswire) November 13, 2013 -- Curves of Citrus Heights recently relocated to 5489-G Sunrise Blvd (behind Benihana) and while they may have changed locations, their mission to help women in the Citrus Heights community improve their quality of life hasn’t changed.

You will find Curves located in the Sunrise Village Shopping Center near the corner of Sunrise Blvd & Madison Ave, but specifically facing Uplands Way in the former Weight Watchers space (behind Benihana).

Curves’ exercise program consists of thirty minutes of exercise three times a week, during which participants work all major muscle groups and receive a great cardio workout. It includes all five components of a complete exercise program: warm-up, strength training, cardio, cool down, and stretching.
