• Sheriff's Office releases body cam footage of July I-80 officer-involved shooting in Citrus Heights (citrusheightssentinel.com) — Body camera footage has been released from a July 5 officer-involved shooting on I-80 in Citrus Heights, where deputies fatally shot an armed domestic violence suspect after a pursuit. The video, posted by the Sacramento County Sheriff's Office, shows the chase, the freeway confrontation near Antelope Road, and subsequent investigations now underway by multiple agencies.
