• 'Big misunderstanding' leads to heavy police presence at Citrus Heights business (citrusheightssentinel.com) — Police rushed to a business at Sylvan Corners in Citrus Heights Monday after reports of a man with a gun, but officers later said it was a big misunderstanding and found no weapon. Employees were safely evacuated, the man was detained then questioned without incident, and nearby Sylvan Middle School was never placed on lockdown.
