A woman was shot several times in a Pomona parking lot and two other victims were shot at but not wounded, police said today.
The shooting in a parking lot just north of 1370 North Gordon St. was reported around 10:30 p.m. Sunday, said Pomona Corporal Mark Medellin.Eileen Montoya, 34, of Pomona, was transported to a hospital, where she was listed in critical condition, with stable vital signs, said Pomona police Sgt. Robert DeVee.
The people who were shot at but not wounded were identified as Steven Young, 39, and Mary Sanchez, 35, both of Pomona, Medellin said.
The victims told police there was one gunman, but little more, DeVee said."The victims are being evasive," he said.
