Another eatery, more South American cuisine, located close to many other eateries. Why won't Claremont allow MiMi's Café to locate here? Marie Callendar's is here along with Carrow's why not MiMi"s in the same area. Management at MiMi's told me they want to locate here but Claremont won't let them.
