Giving back is embedded in the culture of ARS® Inland Empire. On the heels of an energy-conservation and donation campaign with a local school district, the Corona-based heating and air conditioning company most recently pooled its employees to make a gracious gift to the station location of two former ARS employees. Given a four-week window, the team at ARS Inland Empire came together to collect more than 80 items for delivery to soldiers overseas. The items collected included food, clothing, miscellaneous hygiene items, games and more. The initiative, led by ARS Inland Empire General Manager John Butler, gave the team an opportunity to give back to those who protect and serve while also creating team camaraderie. The military donation is just one of many pieces that make ARS stand out in the service industry – charitable giving and commitment to its employees are of the utmost priority.
