Say "I Love You" with Crêpes

Tomorrow is Valentine's Day. Not to worry, you can always make a special meal with crêpes! Simple to make, they can be served for breakfast, lunch, dinner or dessert. While we sip bubbly Prosecco or hot spiced apple cider, we will make some romantic fare, starting with smoked oyster appetizer crepes. Another way to show your affection is with an artichoke heart au gratin. And who wouldn't swoon over scallop crêpes in a creamy champagne sauce? As a grand finale, passions will flare with orange blossom crêpes flambé!

  • Smoked Oyster Appetizers

  • Artichoke Heart Crêpes Au Gratin

  • Crêpes with Scallops in Champagne Sauce

  • Orange Blossom Crêpes Flambé

  • Beverage: Prosecco or Hot Spiced Apple Cider

Held in my own home kitchen in Claremont, we will take advantage of my well-stocked international pantry, culinary garden and library of over 500 cookbooks. These are hands-on, fun-filled classes that are almost like "cooking parties." We will prepare the entire meal together and enjoy it at the end of class!

The cost of each 2-1/2 hour class is $50 per person, which includes a shared dinner with beverages, a recipe packet (so you can re-create each dish in your own kitchen), and advice in locally sourcing exotic ingredients. There is a 10 percent discount for 2 or more people attending together. Call 909-625-9194 to reserve your place.
