Man Found Dead in La Verne Parking Lot, No Foul Play Suspected

A man was discovered dead with a gunshot wound to the head in a parking lot of a commercial area in La Verne Wednesday afternoon, according to a story in the San Gabriel Valley Tribune.

Officers said the man, described as a transient, white male in his 50s, was discovered by another transient sitting in chair next to a recycling trailer at 1475 Foothill Blvd around 3:15 p.m.
