The second crash, which injured the boy, occurred in an alley in the 3700 block of Del Amo Boulevard. The youngster suffered major injuries to one leg and has undergone multiple surgeries, according to police.

Allan was also allegedly involved in another hit-and-run crash about 15 minutes earlier near Torrance Boulevard and Western Avenue. Witnesses from both collisions provided investigators with information that was used to track down Allan and the Toyota Camry he was driving, police said.
