• CHP seeks help to find identified suspect in Placer County fatal hit-and-run (sacbee.com) — A Colfax resident, 57-year-old Michael Fiscus, was killed in a May 26 hit-and-run crash on I-80 near Clipper Gap, and the California Highway Patrol is now asking for the public’s help to find the suspected big-rig driver. Investigators have identified 60-year-old Robert Bell of Stockton as the suspect and are urging anyone with information on his whereabouts to call 530-401-9910.
