• Yuba City Replacing Aged Dispatch System (wheatlandsun.com) — Colusa residents could see smoother cooperation during major incidents as Yuba City replaces its decades-old dispatch system with RIMS, the same platform already used by Colusa Police and the Colusa County Sheriff's Office. The upgrade is designed to improve information sharing, mapping, and mutual-aid responses, and may lay groundwork for a future regional dispatch center serving multiple nearby communities.
