1 Killed, 1 Injured in Shooting In Nearby Antioch
Police in Antioch this morning are investigating a shooting that left one person dead and another hospitalized Thursday night.

CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CA -- Police in Antioch are investigating a shooting that left one person dead and another hospitalized Thursday night.
Officers with the Antioch Police Department responded at 9:20 p.m. Thursday, March 23 to the 2700 block of Contra Loma Boulevard to investigate a shooting involving two victims.
Police said a 22-year-old man was pronounced deceased at the scene, and a 23-year-old man was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.

Both victims are from Antioch, according to police.
