Alleged Gang Members Charged In Concord Shooting
A pair of 20-year-old alleged gang members have been charged in the shooting of a man in Concord earlier this month.

CONCORD - A pair of 20-year-old alleged gang members have been charged in the shooting of a man in Concord earlier this month, according to police and court records.
The charges stem from an incident that occurred shortly before 5 p.m. on June 11 at Richard and Westgate avenues, where officers responded to a report of shots fired, according to Concord police.
Responding officers learned a man had been taken to the hospital after being shot.

A suspect description led to three men being taken into custody shortly afterward, police said.
One of the men was eventually released because it did not appear he was involved with the shooting, police said.

The two other men -- Moises Campos and Jose Ochoa, Concord residents and alleged gang members -- were charged in connection with the shooting, according to court records.
Campos was charged with shooting at an occupied motor vehicle and attempted murder with gang enhancements,according to court records.
Ochoa also faces a gang-related charge as well as a count of serving as an accessory after the fact, according to court records.
Police said Campos is being held at Martinez Detention Facility on $800,000. Ochoa's bail is $150,000.
