Allegedly Intoxicated Man Breaks Police Department Window With Rock
The incident was this morning at the Concord PD's lobby.

CONCORD, CA -- An allegedly intoxicated man was arrested outside of the Concord Police Department after throwing a rock through a window at the police headquarters early this morning.
Jose Gasca, 25, was arrested a short time after walking into the department's lobby at 12:50 a.m., Cpl. Christopher Blakely said.
Officers were alerted to the sound of glass shattering and determined that Gasca had thrown a rock through a window, Blakely said.

The man didn't give a reason why he broke the window and exhibited signs of intoxication when officers confronted him, Blakely said.
Gasca was arrested and booked into Martinez Detention Facility on suspicion of vandalism and being under the influence of a controlled substance.
