Antioch Man With Loaded Handgun Arrested In Concord: Police

At 10:30 p.m., officers found a suspicious vehicle parked in a parking lot on Lacey Lane.

CONCORD, CA -- Concord police arrested an Antioch man they found in a vehicle with a loaded handgun Wednesday night. At 10:30 p.m., officers found a suspicious vehicle parked in a parking lot on Lacey Lane.

Officers contacted a male and a female in the car who were drinking alcohol. Officers then searched the car and found a loaded handgun, police said.

The man in the driver's seat was identified as Eric Rojo, police said.

Officers searched Rojo's home in Antioch and found another loaded handgun, a short-barreled assault rifle, more than an ounce of cocaine, and evidence of cocaine sales, police said

Rojo was arrested and booked into the Contra Costa County Jail, police said.
