Body Found In Tilden Regional Park
Anyone who possibly saw something suspicious Friday is asked to call East Bay Regional Park police.

A body was found in Tilden Regional Park Friday afternoon, according to East Bay Regional Park District.
A park user reported the male body to the East Bay Regional Park District police at about 3 p.m. on the Packrat Trail, park district officials said. Medics and police responded and officials with the Contra Costa County coroner’s office took custody of the body, park district officials said.
The person’s identity is being withheld until officials with the coroner’s office notify his family, according to the park district.

Anyone with information about the death or anyone who saw something suspicious is being asked to call East Bay Regional Park District police Detective Dave Bermudez at (510) 690-6562.
